Hi!  I'm Lauren!

I am a birth and postpartum doula who believes that every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and respected exactly as they are.  My approach is rooted in compassionate, shame-free care and the belief that there is no one “right” way to grow, birth, or build a family.  

I’m especially passionate about supporting young moms, older parents, 2SLGBTQ+ families, neurodivergent folks, and families with unconventional or unexpected circumstances.  Whether you’re feeling confident, overwhelmed, excited, uncertain (or all of that rolled into one) I've got your back. Everybody deserves a doula!

It is important to me to provide full, unbiased, and non-judgmental care. You make the decisions!

I care about supporting the whole family.  My goal is to create a calm, positive, judgment-free space where everyone can ask questions and feel supported through the transitions of birth and early parenthood.  I look forward to working together!
